set design for Lion short movie
Some of my concepts for the landscapes and atmosphere in our graduation short movie Lion. We have a dry savannah at the beginning, a strange forest with animals trees, an heavenly oasis, only source of water, and a final savannah rebirth with a lot of plants. We wanted to add a fairy tale atmosphere to these sets and we wanted patterns on them to match our animals. We 've been a lot inspired by the canyon called "the wave" with all the strates shaped minerals formations which added a strange aspects to the grounds.
